Shipping & Delivery:

Standard Shipping rates for U.S. Deliveries:  * Delivery within 3 to 5 business days

Calculating Shipping Costs:  We charge a FLAT RATE Shipping Charge per item under 70 lbs.

Shipping Methods & Carriers -  We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method available for your desired shipping address. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. When you select one-day or two-day methods for shipping, we may use either air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.  

When to expect your order - Our estimated delivery date is based on how quickly we can obtain and ship your items, your shipping address, and the shipping speed and options you choose. 

* Shipping to a P.O. BOX  - Some items too big to fit in a P.O. BOX must be shipped to a STREET ADDRESS.

* Shipping to ALASKA, HAWAII or APO, FPO, or DPO addresses - Some items can not be shipped to these destinations or shipping choices may be limited. Standard shipping options may take as long as 21 days to these areas.

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by DanhauerPharmacy.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and delivered to

Receiving a Refund

We'll request a refund after we have received and processed your return.

Expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner).* Note - We are not responsible for any packages lost in return shipment. 

This time period includes:

5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If you purchased through the google checkout process, please allow additional time for processing your return payment.

Ordering :

We make the process of shopping online very easy, just click on a product and when you are ready to order just click "ADD TO CART" and when you have finished filling up your shopping cart just click on "Proceed to Checkout" and you will be ready to checkout..

We give you two options when checking out, Check out as a Guest or Register. We always suggest you register in case you need to come back and view your order or change a mailing address etc. Either way the process is quick and easy. Enter your Billing info, Shipping address, preferred Shipping method, Payment Information and then review your order. Your order will be immediately processed and sent to us for shipping.

You will be emailed a copy of your order immediately proceeding checkout, as long as you provided a valid email address. 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions :

Danhauer Drugs accepts all major credit or debit cards, visa,mastercard,american express, discover. We also may accept check or money order, however products will not be shipped until we receive payment via mailing your payment into our address listed above. Special Pricing and Promotions may run for a limited time, if you have any questions regarding a current promotion, please feel free to call us or contact us via email.

Viewing Orders:

You may view your order anytime online if you registered as a customer at the time of checkout, simply login with your user name and password you created. A history of your orders will be displayed and any pending orders will be viewable.

Updating Account Information :

 If you need to change your shipping address or billing information or update your Account Information, you may login under your user name and password and edit as needed.
